MEMS XO at 4.096 MHz with AEC-Q100 Grade
The DSC6003JL3B-004.0960T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a fixed 4.096 MHz CMOS output with ±20 ppm frequency stability across the full -40°C to 105°C range — the AEC-Q100 qualification means it is production-validated for automotive under-hood and chassis-domain clocks, not just cabin electronics. The 1.71V to 3.63V supply range lets it run from a 1.8V core rail or a 3.3V I/O rail without a separate regulator, simplifying the power tree in an ECU or sensor module.
Enable/Disable Function and 4-VLGA Footprint
The 4-VLGA package measures 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.89 mm, fitting tight-profile automotive modules and portable equipment. Surface-mount assembly with a standard reflow profile; no special bake or moisture sensitivity beyond the standard MSL level for this package family.
