Programmable MEMS oscillator with automotive grade
This is a MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) with a programmable frequency range of 1 MHz to 80 MHz, set at the factory or via a one-time programming step. The CMOS output drives standard logic families directly. Rated AEC-Q100, the part is qualified for automotive temperature and reliability stress profiles. Supply voltage spans 1.71 V to 3.63 V, allowing the same oscillator to serve 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V logic domains without a separate level translator.

Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.89 mm max. The small footprint suits space-constrained designs in automotive ECUs or portable equipment.
