Automotive-grade MEMS timing for 4 MHz CMOS clocks
The DSC6003JI1B-004.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) in the DSC60XXB series, delivering a 4 MHz CMOS output with ±50ppm frequency stability across -40°C to 85°C. Its AEC-Q100 qualification places it in the automotive reliability band — suitable for under-hood or cabin-domain ECUs where a quartz crystal's vibration sensitivity or temperature hysteresis would risk clock drift.
Wide supply range and enable/disable control
For a battery-backed module or a sensor node that clocks only on demand, that current budget matters at the system level.
Housed in a 4-VLGA package measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.89 mm. The 4-pin land-grid array keeps the footprint small — the 0.89 mm height clears most enclosure lids and conformal-coat thicknesses.
Marked as Active — no NRND or EOL notice.
