Automotive-grade MEMS clock at 720 kHz
The DSC6003HI1B-720K000T: This is a fixed-frequency MEMS XO (Standard) pulling 720 kHz in a 4-VFLGA package — the kind of clock a CAN transceiver, LIN controller, or a low-speed MCU expects on its oscillator input. AEC-Q100 qualification is the hard gate here: without it this part does not enter an automotive BOM.
Supply rail tolerance and enable logic
The 1.71 V to 3.63 V supply range spans the common 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V rails used in automotive modules — no extra regulator needed for the clock. A CAN controller running at 720 kHz will meet the 1 % bit-time tolerance budget with margin; a high-precision application like a GPS reference clock would need a tighter spec.
Active lifecycle — no design-in risk
The DSC60XXB series is the current production family for this footprint and frequency range.
