Obsolete MEMS XO — sourcing path for the BOM line
Draws 1.3 mA typical at 27.71 MHz — low enough for a battery-backed RTC or always-on module where the oscillator's current competes with the sleep-state budget. Supply range from 1.71V to 3.63V covers 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic rails without an external LDO — match the VDD pin to the core voltage of the downstream MCU or SoC.
