12.288 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 grade
MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a 12.288 MHz CMOS output. The ±50 ppm frequency stability keeps the clock edge within tight timing margins over the -20°C to +70°C commercial temperature range. AEC-Q100 qualified – this oscillator passed the automotive-grade stress and reliability tests, suitable for under-hood or chassis-domain electronics where vibration and thermal cycling are present. Supply voltage spans 1.71V to 3.63V, covering both 1.8V and 3.3V rails without an external level shifter. The Enable/Disable function allows the output to be tri-stated for power savings or test isolation.
4-VDFN package – board layout note
Housed in a 4-VDFN package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The small footprint suits space-constrained designs, but the no-lead construction requires a solder-paste stencil aperture matched to the pad geometry for consistent fillet formation. Surface-mount only – the 4-VDFN does not support through-hole rework.
