The DSC6001MI2A-025.0000T is a 25 MHz MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) from Microchip's DSC60XX series, delivering a CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the full -40 to +85 °C industrial temperature range. The 1.71 V to 3.63 V supply range lets it run from a 1.8 V or 3.3 V rail without an extra regulator.
