48 MHz MEMS XO with AEC-Q100 grade
This is a MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) delivering a 48 MHz CMOS output from a 1.71V to 3.63V supply rail — covering 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic domains without a level translator. Rated AEC-Q100, the part is qualified for automotive temperature profiles from -40°C to +85°C. The ±25 ppm frequency stability holds across that band, suitable for CAN, FlexRay, or sensor timing where clock accuracy affects bus bit-error rate. Enable/Disable function allows the oscillator output to be gated — useful for power-cycled subsystems where the 1.3 mA typical supply current is cut during sleep.
