The DSC6001HL3B-032K768T is a 32.768 kHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC60XXB series, delivering a CMOS output with ±20 ppm frequency stability across the full -40°C to +105°C range. The MEMS base resonator (cite:) offers better shock and vibration resistance than a quartz crystal, which is a practical advantage in engine-bay ECUs or industrial motor drives.
Operating from 1.8V to 3.3V (cite:), this oscillator can be powered directly from a 1.8V MCU rail or a 3.3V system bus without an extra regulator — simplifies the power tree.
Enable/Disable and package fit
Housed in a 4-VFLGA package (cite:) measuring 1.60 mm x 1.20 mm (cite:) with a seated height of 0.89 mm (cite:), this is a compact surface-mount part that fits tight layouts — the 0.50 mm pitch LGA footprint is hand-solderable with a fine-tip iron and good flux, but a reflow profile is cleaner for production.
Supplied in Tape & Reel (cite:) — standard for automated pick-and-place.
