The DSC6001HL2B-009.8460T is a MEMS-based XO (standard) from Microchip's DSC60XXB series, delivering a fixed 9.846 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the full -40 to 105°C range. The MEMS resonator also eliminates quartz aging drift and offers better shock/vibration tolerance than a crystal-based oscillator.
The wide supply range of 1.71V to 3.63V lets this oscillator run directly from a 1.8V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate LDO — one less component on the BOM. Typical current draw is 1.3 mA, so it fits always-on modules where quiescent power matters.
Housed in a 4-VFLGA package measuring 1.60 mm x 1.20 mm, with a seated height of 0.89 mm.
