Package and Supply Fit
Housed in a 4-VFLGA package measuring 1.60 mm x 1.20 mm x 0.89 mm, this oscillator occupies roughly the footprint of a 0402 resistor — critical for space-constrained ECU and sensor module layouts. The 1.71V to 3.63V supply range spans 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator, simplifying power tree design. Surface-mount assembly on standard FR-4 with no special reflow profile beyond JEDEC MSL — the MEMS die is encapsulated and does not require the controlled cool-down that quartz crystals need to avoid thermal shock.
