Supply range and output flexibility
Operates from 1.71V to 3.63V, covering both 1.8V and 3.3V logic rails without a separate oscillator variant. The CMOS output directly drives MCU or FPGA clock inputs.
Package and programming note
Housed in a no-lead package measuring 1.60 mm x 1.20 mm with a seated height of 0.89 mm — a compact footprint for space-constrained automotive modules. Surface-mount assembly. The device is a blank (user-programmable) part — the frequency is set during manufacturing via Microchip's programming service or a compatible programmer. The available frequency range is 1 MHz to 80 MHz.
