The DSC6001HI1A-025.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) from Microchip's DSC60XX series, delivering a fixed 25 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across the -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range. The 1.71V to 3.63V supply range allows it to run from a 1.8V or 3.3V rail without an external regulator, and the enable/disable function lets the system gate the clock for low-power sleep modes.
