10 MHz MEMS XO — obsolete, sourced per RFQ
The DSC6001HE2A-010.0000 is a 10 MHz MEMS-based oscillator from Microchip's DSC60XX series, delivering a CMOS output from a 1.71V to 3.63V supply rail.
The MEMS resonator itself is inherently shock- and vibration-tolerant compared to quartz, which is why it earned the automotive nod.
Housed in a 4-VFLGA package measuring 1.60 mm x 1.20 mm with a seated height of 0.89 mm, this is a compact surface-mount oscillator. The 4-pin land-grid array requires a clean solder-paste stencil and careful reflow profile — the small pad area means tombstoning risk if the thermal gradient is uneven.
Sourcing reality for an obsolete MEMS oscillator
Sourcing is handled through independent surplus inventory — quantities are lot-specific, and availability is confirmed at the time of RFQ.
