Supply flexibility and output drive
The device operates across a 1.8V to 3.3V supply range, allowing it to be powered from a common 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V rail without an external LDO. The CMOS output swings rail-to-rail, simplifying interface with MCU or FPGA clock inputs.
Housed in a 4-VFLGA package measuring 1.6 mm x 1.2 mm with a seated height of 0.89 mm, this is a tiny land-grid array footprint. Surface-mount assembly on standard FR-4 is fine, but the small pad area means the oscillator relies on the PCB copper for thermal relief during reflow. No underfill is required for the temperature range.
