Runs from a single 1.71V to 3.63V supply, covering 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm — tight enough for a CAN bus or Ethernet PHY reference clock but not for a precision GPS holdover.
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 1.60 mm x 1.20 mm — a 1.6 x 1.2 mm footprint that saves board space compared to a 2.5 x 2.0 mm can. Surface-mount; the no-lead design means the solder joints are under the package, so X-ray inspection is the reliable way to check for voids or head-in-pillow defects.
