Obsolete MEMS oscillator — what this means for your BOM
This is a MEMS-based XO (standard) in the DSC60XX series, delivering a 16 MHz CMOS output with ±50ppm frequency stability across the -20°C to +70°C commercial temperature range.
AEC-Q100 qualified — this oscillator was originally designed for automotive-grade applications, but the obsolete status means new designs cannot rely on it for production. Typical current draw is 1.3 mA max. The 4-SMD no-lead package measures 1.6 mm x 1.2 mm — a compact footprint for space-constrained PCBs.
