Obsolete MEMS XO — sourcing through independent channels
The DSC6001HE1A-008.0000T: New designs should not use this order code.
8 MHz CMOS clock with AEC-Q100 qualification
This is a MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) from the DSC60XX family, delivering an 8 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across a 1.71-3.63 V supply range.
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 1.60 mm x 1.20 mm with a seated height of 0.89 mm — a compact footprint for space-constrained automotive or industrial PCBs. Surface-mount reflow profile per JEDEC J-STD-020; the MEMS die is less sensitive to moisture than a quartz crystal, but the standard MSL bake still applies before rework. Supply current is 1.3 mA typical — low enough that a shared 1.8 V or 3.3 V rail can feed the oscillator without a dedicated LDO, provided the rail noise stays within the PSRR budget of the MEMS oscillator.
