The DSC6001CI1A-020.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 20 MHz CMOS output with ±50ppm frequency stability across the full -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range. Rated AEC-Q100, this part was designed for automotive under-hood or cabin environments where quartz oscillators risk failure under shock and vibration — the MEMS resonator inherently survives those conditions better. Supply voltage spans 1.71V to 3.63V, making it compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator.
