Obsolete MEMS XO — sourcing path for the BOM line
Automotive-grade MEMS oscillator at 11.2896 MHz
The 11.2896 MHz frequency is a common multiple for audio serial clocks and USB interfaces — a frequency choice that often ties to a specific codec or bridge IC on the BOM. Output is CMOS, supply range 1.71V to 3.63V, with ±50 ppm frequency stability over the -40°C to 85°C industrial-automotive temperature range. The standby (power-down) function lets the oscillator be gated off in low-power modes without a separate enable signal.
Package footprint and board-fit note
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 0.50 mm pitch and no-lead construction mean the PCB land pattern must match the recommended footprint — a standard 4-pin MEMS oscillator layout.
