The DSC6001CE2A-020.0000: For existing designs already qualified, we can source available inventory through independent channels on a quoted-to-order basis; for new designs or long-term production, a pin-compatible replacement from the same DSC60XX family should be evaluated.
20 MHz CMOS MEMS oscillator with automotive grade
AEC-Q100 qualification confirms the part passed automotive-grade reliability stress: temperature cycling, ESD, and latch-up testing. The -20°C to +70°C operating range is commercial/industrial, not the full -40°C to +125°C automotive ambient — the AEC-Q100 rating here applies to the MEMS die and package reliability, not the temperature range.
Supply voltage range and enable/disable function
The 1.71V–3.63V supply range covers 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator — a single BOM line serves multi-voltage boards. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm absolute pull range (APR) — this is the total frequency deviation over supply, temperature, and aging. For a 20 MHz clock, ±25 ppm equals ±500 Hz maximum drift; a UART or CAN bus running at 20 MHz will hold bit timing within one-half of a bit period across the full operating envelope.
Housed in a 4-VDFN package measuring 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 4-pin land pattern is straightforward for hand-assembly or reflow; the small footprint leaves room for decoupling caps near the supply pin. Surface-mount only — no through-hole variant in this series.
