Four HCSL clock lanes at 100/125 MHz
The DSC400-4444Q0059KE2T: This DSC400 variant delivers four identical HCSL outputs, each factory-programmed to 100 MHz and 125 MHz. That means a single oscillator can clock a PCIe reference, a 100G Ethernet MAC, and a SerDes PLL from one 5.0×3.2 mm footprint — no external fanout buffer needed. The ±25 ppm frequency stability holds across the full -20°C to 70°C commercial range, which is tight enough for most 100/125 MHz reference designs.
MEMS resonator vs quartz tradeoffs
Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so it can run from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an extra LDO.
Active lifecycle – no last-time-buy pressure
The 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package (5.00×3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) is a common footprint for multi-output oscillators.
