Four HCSL outputs from one MEMS die
The DSC400-4444Q0059KE1T is a MEMS-based XO that delivers four independent HCSL outputs — each bank set to 100 MHz or 125 MHz — from a single 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm 20-VFQFN package. That means one oscillator replaces four discrete cans on the board, saving layout space and reducing the BOM line count for PCIe Gen 1/2/3 reference clocks or Ethernet switch core timing.
Supply range and temperature envelope
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so it sits comfortably on a 3.3 V or 2.5 V rail without an extra LDO — the wide range covers both common logic supplies.
The MEMS resonator construction means typical lead times are shorter than quartz-based oscillators, which is a practical advantage when filling a BOM line on a tight schedule.
