Quad-output MEMS clock source for dense timing trees
It replaces up to four discrete oscillators with a single 5.00mm x 3.20mm 20-VFQFN package, saving board space and reducing BOM count. Output frequencies are 100MHz and 156.25MHz, with the configuration providing two 156.25MHz lanes and two lanes that can be either 100MHz or 156.25MHz. This suits PCIe reference clock or Ethernet SerDes applications where both frequencies coexist.
The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range lets it run from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra regulator.
