Four 156.25 MHz HCSL lanes from one MEMS oscillator
The DSC400-4444Q0031KE1 is a MEMS-based XO delivering four identical 156.25 MHz HCSL outputs from a single 20-VFQFN package. For a timing tree that needs to distribute a common reference to multiple PCIe or 10GbE PHY lanes, this replaces four separate oscillators and their associated termination resistors. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz-crystal startup margin and frequency-pull issues that can appear at temperature extremes — the ±50 ppm stability holds across the -20°C to 70°C commercial range without a load-capacitance tuning step.
Supply flexibility and enable/disable control
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range covers both common rails directly — no intermediate LDO needed.
