Four-output MEMS clock source — 100 MHz and 156.25 MHz
The DSC400-4444Q0023KE1 delivers two distinct frequencies across four HCSL outputs: Output 1 and Output 4 run at 100 MHz, while Output 2 and Output 3 run at 156.25 MHz — a common pairing for PCIe reference clocks and Ethernet MAC/PHY interfaces on the same die.
Supply range and enable/disable control
The wide 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply rail lets this oscillator sit on a 2.5 V or 3.3 V power domain without an extra LDO — useful when the board already carries both rails and you want to avoid a second regulator.
The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal pad on the PCB — the centre pad must be soldered to a ground plane for thermal relief, not left floating.
