Six-output HCSL clock source for multi-rail boards
The DSC400-4444Q0015KE2T is a MEMS-based XO that delivers four fixed frequencies on Output 1 (25 MHz, 50 MHz, 125 MHz, 150 MHz) and two on Output 2 (100 MHz, 156.25 MHz) — six HCSL outputs from a single 20-VFQFN package. A single device can clock a PCIe reference (100 MHz), a 1 GbE PHY (125 MHz), and a processor core (150 MHz) without external fanout buffers or multiple oscillators.
±25 ppm stability and supply range
Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails commonly found on networking and compute boards.
Active production and package footprint
The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal via array under the pad for proper heat transfer to the PCB ground plane.
