Dual-output MEMS XO for clock-tree consolidation
The DSC400-4334Q0023KI1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that delivers two independent output frequencies — 100 MHz and 156.25 MHz — from a single 20-VFQFN package with exposed pad. Outputs are configurable as HCSL or LVDS, covering common reference clock requirements for Ethernet PHYs, PCIe, and FPGA transceivers without needing a separate fanout buffer. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so the same part can run from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without a regulator change.
The 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal via pattern under the pad for proper heat transfer — the datasheet's recommended land pattern is worth following for reliable solder-joint life.
