Product details

Dual-frequency MEMS oscillator for clock-tree consolidation

The DSC400-4334Q0023KE1 delivers two independent output frequencies from a single MEMS resonator: 100 MHz on output 1 and 156.25 MHz on output 2, selectable as HCSL or LVDS logic levels. This lets a single device replace two discrete oscillators in a 100 MHz reference plus 156.25 MHz SerDes clock application, saving board space and reducing BOM line count.

Housed in a 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package measuring 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm with a 0.90 mm seated height, the device fits tight PCB layouts. Supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V covers common 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external regulator.
