Four 161.132813 MHz lanes from a MEMS resonator
This DSC400-4244Q0071KE1 delivers four identical 161.132813 MHz outputs from a single MEMS resonator — no separate oscillators per lane, which saves board space and keeps the clock tree coherent. Outputs are configurable as HCSL or LVPECL, so the same part drives PCIe reference clocks or high-speed SerDes without external translation.
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V — covers 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails commonly found on networking and FPGA boards.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad, 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body — the pad needs a thermal via array under the centre to pull heat into the ground plane. Height is 0.90 mm, which fits under a heatsink or enclosure lid in typical PCB stack-ups.
