Four clocks from one MEMS oscillator
The DSC400-4144Q0054KI1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs four independent frequencies from a single 20-VFQFN package: 156.25 MHz on outputs 1 and 4, 100 MHz on output 2, and 50 MHz on output 3. This replaces up to four separate crystal oscillators, reducing BOM count and board area for multi-rail clock trees in networking switches, base stations, and industrial controllers.
Output options and supply flexibility
Each output can be configured as HCSL or LVCMOS, covering the two most common high-speed clock interfaces for PCIe, Ethernet, and FPGA reference clocks. The supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same part works across 2.5V and 3.3V rails without a separate regulator.
