Four clocks from one MEMS die — what the output mix means for your BOM
The DSC400-4111Q0112KE2T delivers three 25 MHz outputs and a fourth output configurable as 100 MHz or 156.25 MHz — a single oscillator replacing up to four discrete XOs on a mixed-frequency board. Outputs are HCSL or LVCMOS selectable per bank, with a global Enable/Disable pin that pulls the outputs to high-impedance when deasserted — useful for system-level power gating or test isolation.
Supply-range flexibility and package footprint
The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range covers both 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external LDO — one BOM line serves either power domain. The 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal-land pattern on the PCB — the centre pad must be soldered to a ground-plane via array for rated thermal performance. Supplied in tape & reel, compatible with standard pick-and-place equipment;.
