Quad-output MEMS oscillator for clock-tree consolidation
The DSC400-4111Q0112KE2 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates four independent clock outputs from a single 20-VFQFN package: three rails at 25 MHz and a fourth rail at either 100 MHz or 156.25 MHz, selectable per the order code. Outputs are HCSL or LVCMOS, covering the common logic levels for Ethernet PHYs, FPGAs, and SoC reference clocks without external level translation.
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails — no separate regulator needed when the board uses either supply.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height), the thermal pad requires a via pattern under the package for solder voiding and mechanical stability — standard QFN layout rules apply.
No pin-compatible second source or direct replacement is documented; the DSC400 series is the sole reference for this order code.
