MEMS oscillator with four independent clock outputs
The DSC400-4111Q0112KE1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates four independent clock outputs from a single 20-VFQFN package — three at 25 MHz and one configurable to 100 MHz or 156.25 MHz. Output logic is split: HCSL for the high-speed differential lanes (typically PCIe reference clocks) and LVCMOS for the 25 MHz general-purpose rails.
Wide supply range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V covers 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an external regulator — a single device serves mixed-voltage clock trees. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm across the temperature range, which meets the typical jitter budget for 100/156.25 MHz PCIe Gen 1-3 reference clocks.
20-VFQFN with exposed pad, 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height — the exposed thermal pad requires a soldered ground-plane via array for heat spreading and mechanical stability. Supplied in tube; the 0.90 mm height fits standard mezzanine card spacing without clearance issues.
