Four-rail clock source in a 5 x 3.2 mm footprint
The DSC400-3443Q0022KE1T delivers four independent output frequencies — 125 MHz, 100 MHz, 100 MHz, and 125 MHz — from a single MEMS resonator in a 20-VFQFN package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm. Outputs are configurable as HCSL or LVDS, covering the common reference-clock standards for PCIe, Ethernet, and FPGA transceivers.
Frequency stability is rated at ±50 ppm across the -20°C to +70°C commercial temperature range — sufficient for 1 GbE and most FPGA reference clocks, though tighter stability may be needed for 10 GbE or SyncE applications.
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range lets it run from a common 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an extra regulator.
