Four-output MEMS oscillator for clock-tree consolidation
The DSC400-3333Q0104KI2 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering four fixed LVDS outputs: 125 MHz, 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 156.25 MHz — a single device replaces four discrete oscillators on the board. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same part runs off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail — no need for a dedicated LDO just for the oscillator.
LVDS output and enable/disable function
LVDS outputs provide low-jitter differential signalling with common-mode rejection, making this oscillator suitable for driving clock inputs on FPGAs, ASICs, and high-speed converters. Package dimensions are 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a 0.90 mm height, fitting into tight card-edge or mezzanine layouts where board z-height is constrained.
