MEMS-based quad-output XO with LVDS
The DSC400-3333Q0104KE1T is a MEMS-based oscillator (XO, Standard) that generates four independent LVDS clock outputs at fixed frequencies: 125 MHz, 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 156.25 MHz. Frequency stability is rated at ±50 ppm, which is typical for MEMS-based XOs and adequate for most Ethernet, FPGA, and processor reference clock applications.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN exposed pad package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a height of 0.90 mm, the part is suited for compact PCB layouts where multiple clock domains are needed.
