MEMS XO with quad LVDS output
The DSC400-3333Q0099KE2 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs LVDS on four independent channels, delivering frequencies of 148.35MHz, 148.5MHz, 156.25MHz, 208.333333MHz, 197.8MHz, and 198MHz across the four outputs. Frequency stability is rated at ±25ppm, which keeps the output edges within tight timing margins for high-speed serial interfaces like PCIe or SGMII.
Supply voltage and enable control
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it runs directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra regulator.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package measuring 5.00mm x 3.20mm with a height of 0.90mm, the exposed pad needs a thermal via array under the package to sink heat to the ground plane.
