Quad-output MEMS XO for clock trees
Output frequencies are factory-programmed: 148.35MHz and 148.5MHz on output 1, 156.25MHz on output 2, 208.333333MHz on output 3, and 197.8MHz/198MHz on output 4 — covering common video, networking, and data-converter reference rates.
Wide supply range of 2.25V to 3.6V means the oscillator runs from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO — useful when the clock tree shares the FPGA or ASIC bank voltage. Operating temperature from -20°C to 70°C places it in the commercial band — suitable for indoor telecom, broadcast video, test equipment, and office networking gear where ambient stays within a conditioned environment.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00mm x 3.20mm body, 0.90mm height), the package footprint is compact enough for dense multi-layer boards, but the exposed pad must be soldered to a thermal via array to achieve the rated power dissipation.
No direct equivalent or second-source part is listed by Microchip for this exact frequency configuration.
