What this MEMS oscillator delivers on the clock tree
The DSC400-3333Q0094KI2T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs four independent LVDS clock signals: 125 MHz, 100 MHz, 100 MHz, and 50 MHz — all from a single 20-VFQFN package.
The wide supply range of 2.25V to 3.6V means it runs directly off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail — no dedicated LDO needed, which saves a component and a decoupling capacitor.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with an exposed pad, the DSC400-3333Q0094KI2T measures 5.00mm x 3.20mm — small enough for dense layouts but the thermal pad needs a good solder joint to the ground plane for heat sinking. The 0.90mm height keeps it low-profile under a heatsink or in a mezzanine stack.
