Quad-output MEMS XO: 125/100/100/50 MHz LVDS clock tree
The DSC400-3333Q0094KE2T is a four-output MEMS-based XO delivering 125 MHz, two 100 MHz lanes, and 50 MHz — all with LVDS signalling and ±25 ppm stability across -20 to +70 °C. A single 20-VFQFN package replaces up to four discrete oscillators, saving board area and reducing BOM count on multi-rail clock trees for networking or FPGA reference clocks.
Supply range and enable/disable control
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering common 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external regulator — the wide range simplifies power routing on mixed-voltage boards.
