Four 80 MHz LVDS clocks from a MEMS resonator
The DSC400-3333Q0093KI1T delivers four independent 80 MHz LVDS outputs from a single MEMS-based oscillator — no separate quartz crystals per clock tree branch.
Supply flexibility and output gating
The 2.25V–3.6V supply range lets this oscillator run on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra LDO — common in FPGA and SoC clock trees. A built-in enable/disable function lets firmware gate the outputs for system power-down states, reducing idle current draw.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00mm x 3.20mm, 0.90mm height), the package requires a thermal via pattern under the pad for proper heat transfer to the ground plane.
