Four 125 MHz LVDS clocks from a MEMS die
The DSC400-3333Q0078KE2 is a MEMS-based XO that delivers four independent 125 MHz LVDS outputs from a single 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm, 20-VFQFN package — a clean replacement for four discrete quartz oscillators on a high-speed clock tree.
Supply voltage and output logic
Runs from a 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply rail — the same pin powers the MEMS core and the LVDS output buffer, so a single 3.3 V or 2.5 V plane suffices.
At 0.90 mm seated height it fits under a mezzanine card or in a tight enclosure stack.
