MEMS XO with LVDS and quad output
The DSC400-3333Q0016KI1T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering LVDS outputs at four independent frequencies: 25 MHz, 50 MHz, 125 MHz, and 150 MHz on one output bank, plus 100 MHz and 156.25 MHz on a second bank. This quad-output architecture replaces up to four single oscillators, saving board space and reducing BOM count in high-speed clock trees for networking, FPGA, and SerDes applications.
Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, allowing direct connection to 2.5 V or 3.3 V rails without an external regulator — simplifies power distribution in mixed-voltage designs.
Active lifecycle and package details
No official successor or second-source is listed; the DSC400 series remains the current offering. Packaged in a 20-VFQFN exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height), supplied on tape & reel.
