Quad-output LVDS clock source with MEMS resonator
The DSC400-3333Q0001KI2T is a MEMS-based XO that generates six pre-programmed frequencies: 25 MHz, 50 MHz, 100 MHz, 125 MHz, 150 MHz, and 156.25 MHz. All outputs are LVDS, so the differential pair keeps jitter low over long board traces — a common requirement for 10G Ethernet, FPGA reference clocks, or SerDes reference inputs.
Supply tolerance and temperature grade
Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so the same order code works on a 2.5 V FPGA bank or a 3.3 V clock tree — no rail-specific variant to qualify.
Production status and package
Packaged in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height). Supplied on Tape & Reel, consistent with automated pick-and-place assembly lines.
