Product details

MEMS oscillator with four independent clock outputs

A single DSC400 replaces up to four discrete crystal oscillators, saving board space and reducing BOM line count.

Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V — covers both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without a separate regulator.

Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad, 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height. The thermal pad requires a via-in-pad layout for proper solder wetting and thermal relief — not a hand-solder-friendly package; reflow with a stencil is recommended.

Frequently asked questions

Is the DSC400-3331Q0098KE2T obsolete or end-of-life?

No — the product status is Active. No EOL notice or last-time-buy window has been issued. It is safe for new designs and ongoing production.

What output types does the DSC400-3331Q0098KE2T support?

Each output pair can be configured as LVCMOS or LVDS. The 12 MHz output is typically used as a reference clock in LVCMOS mode, while the three 50 MHz outputs can drive differential lines (LVDS) for high-speed data converters or FPGAs.
