MEMS quad-output clock generator – what it replaces
The DSC400-3331Q0098KE1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that replaces a bank of four discrete oscillators with a single 20-VFQFN package. It outputs one 12 MHz and three 50 MHz lanes (LVCMOS or LVDS), cutting BOM line count and board area. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz start-up time and frequency-pull issues typical of crystal oscillators; the part is Enable/Disable controlled, letting the system gate unused outputs during low-power modes.
Supply rail and temperature envelope
Supply range 2.25 V to 3.6 V covers both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an intermediate regulator. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm over the full temperature and supply range, tight enough for most Ethernet PHY reference clocks and FPGA transceiver PLLs.
Package and board-fit note
20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height). Standard tube shipment.
