Quad-output MEMS oscillator – one part replaces four cans
A single 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm 20-VFQFN package replaces four discrete quartz oscillators, saving board area and reducing per-BOM line-item count. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm across the full -40 to 85°C industrial temperature range, adequate for 10/100 Ethernet, USB, and general-purpose processor clocking without external trimming.
Supply flexibility and output drive
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails — no separate LDO is needed when the board has both supplies.

The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal via array under the pad for proper ground and heat dissipation — the datasheet layout recommendation should be followed for reliable solder joint formation. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR), compatible with standard pick-and-place and reflow profiles for the QFN package.
