Four-output MEMS oscillator – what it replaces
This DSC400-3331Q0097KI2 is a MEMS-based XO that delivers four independent clock outputs from a single 20-VFQFN package: one 16 MHz and three 50 MHz, all with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the -40 to 85°C industrial temperature range.
Supply voltage and output signal flexibility
The part runs from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail, so it fits both 2.5V and 3.3V clock trees without an extra regulator. Outputs are programmable as LVCMOS or LVDS, letting the same oscillator drive a single-ended FPGA bank or a differential SerDes reference.
