Four-output MEMS clock consolidates the oscillator BOM
The DSC400-3331Q0097KI1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that delivers four independent clock outputs from a single 20-VFQFN package: one 16 MHz and three 50 MHz channels, selectable as LVCMOS or LVDS per output. This replaces up to four discrete quartz oscillators with one device, cutting BOM line count and board area to 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so it runs on a 3.3 V rail or a 2.5 V rail without an external regulator.
The 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package requires a thermal via array under the centre pad for heat sinking; the 0.90 mm height fits standard mezzanine card spacing. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm — this holds the clock accuracy across the full temperature range without a TCXO or oven, sufficient for 10/100 Ethernet and most MCU serial interfaces.
Product status is Active. New designs can commit without a last-time-buy contingency.
